Pricing is dependent on the service you are looking for. For example, an in-depth speech and language assessment with a detailed report will differ from a swallowing assessment.

Medicare rebates: Dr Luisa Krein has a medicare provider number, which means services can be provided under Chronic Conditions Management (CCM) Medicare items on the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS). GPs will determine your eligibility for accessing services under this plan.

Private Health Funds: Please let us know if you are with a private health fund when you book your initial session.

NDIS: Dialogue Speech Therapy is able to provide services to clients who are “self managed” or “plan managed”. Please let us know your NDIS reference number, plan dates and plan goals and we will be able to tailor our services and reports to the NDIS requirements. We are not a registered NDIS provider, so we are unable to provide services to “agency managed” clients.

DVA: Dialogue speech therapy is in the process of becoming a Department of Veteran’s Affairs health provider.

We also offer therapy packages with discounts on multiple sessions.

Initial assessment with report (75-90 minutes) - $220

Initial swallowing assessment with report (60 minutes) - $190

Regular follow-up session (speech or swallowing, 45-50 minutes) - $175

Long follow-up session (60 minutes) - $185
